Hey everyone…it’s me…Gluten Dude. Can’t see me? I’m up here…on my pedestal. There you go! Look…being a celiac can seriously suck sometimes. No need to sugarcoat it. And we’ve all had those “Crap…I didn’t pack any/enough food for the day!” moments. But when that […]Read More
Remember when Domino’s came out with a gluten-free crust in 2012? Refresh your memory here. They marketed it to the gluten-free/celiac communities, but then added a disclaimer that it may not be safe. But then the National Foundation for Celiac Disease partnered with them […]Read More
Hey everyone. I’m a bad celiac. I just found out that today is Celiac Awareness Day 2019. Where DOES the time go? It seems like it was just a year ago it was Celiac Awareness Day 2018. So what am I aware of today? […]Read More
I have a laundry list of celiac rants that people have sent me to post still. But I got the below email this morning and it struck a chord with me. It always pains me a bit extra when I hear from young people. […]Read More

Who I am. And who I'm not.
I AM someone who's been gluten-free since 2007 due to a diagnosis of severe celiac disease. I'm someone who can steer you in the right direction when it comes to going gluten-free. And I'm someone who will always give you the naked truth about going gluten free.
I AM NOT someone who embraces this gluten-free craziness. I didn’t find freedom, a better life or any of that other crap when I got diagnosed. With all due respect to Hunter S. Thompson, I found fear and loathing of an unknown world. But if I can share my wisdom, tell my stories and make the transition easier on you, I’ve done my job.
