Not Gluten Free
Hi Bob. It’s me…Gluten Dude. I hope you had a nice summer. How’s the family? Business good? Ok…enough small talk. I am writing to you because I am concerned. As I’m sure you are more than aware by now, one of your products, the […]
Read MoreA few days ago I wrote a blog post titled “Dear Bart & Judy: Your Cookies Aren’t Gluten-Free“. The essence of the post was that they labeled their cookies gluten-free and then added “May contain wheat” on the back of the package because they […]

Read MoreI’m not a mean-spirited guy. Honestly, I’m not. I’m a really nice guy. If I had friends you could ask them. (A classic line from the movie Splash.) I don’t enjoy taking small companies to task. But if my choice is between calling out […]

Who I am. And who I'm not.
I AM someone who's been gluten-free since 2007 due to a diagnosis of severe celiac disease. I'm someone who can steer you in the right direction when it comes to going gluten-free. And I'm someone who will always give you the naked truth about going gluten free.
I AM NOT someone who embraces this gluten-free craziness. I didn’t find freedom, a better life or any of that other crap when I got diagnosed. With all due respect to Hunter S. Thompson, I found fear and loathing of an unknown world. But if I can share my wisdom, tell my stories and make the transition easier on you, I’ve done my job.
Send me a message
I'm all ears
