Dear Gluten Dude
I get emails. Lots and lots of emails. People looking for answers. People sharing their stories. People asking if I’m single. Just kidding about that last one. I do my best to reply to every email and I post ones that may ring a chord with the community.
Did you know that today is Celiac Awareness Day? That’s right…our disease is so big that we get our own special day to try to spread awareness. Heck, we even get our own month, which happens to be the month of May. (And yes…there […]
Read MoreHoly moly…is my inbox overstuffed. Lots of rants and lots of questions. My sincere apologies to all those who have reached out to me for help/advice and have gotten nothing but silence in return. Bad Gluten Dude. Well…really just ungodly busy Gluten Dude. But […]

Read MoreWho I am. And who I'm not.
I AM someone who's been gluten-free since 2007 due to a diagnosis of severe celiac disease. I'm someone who can steer you in the right direction when it comes to going gluten-free. And I'm someone who will always give you the naked truth about going gluten free.
I AM NOT someone who embraces this gluten-free craziness. I didn’t find freedom, a better life or any of that other crap when I got diagnosed. With all due respect to Hunter S. Thompson, I found fear and loathing of an unknown world. But if I can share my wisdom, tell my stories and make the transition easier on you, I’ve done my job.
Send me a message
I'm all ears
