Read MoreMy Dearest Celebrities, I know this may not be easy to accept. I know you surround yourselves all day with yes-people. I know if you told your posse that dinosaurs never existed and the earth was flat, they’d all just nod their head in […]
Read MoreIt is indeed Time to Change. I am hitting the restart button on my health…and hopefully on my life. After five years of having celiac disease, things have kinda been sucking lately. I keep waiting and waiting to feel better…to feel normal. And it […]
Read MoreIt’s no secret that I’m not a big fan of the medical community. Yes, there are a lot of talented doctors out there. But in addition to what I’ve experienced in my lifetime, I’ve heard horror story after horror story on this blog about […]
Read MoreYou want to know what I hate more than celiac disease at times? Me. I need to do better. I need to be better. I need to be a better husband. I need to be a better father. I need to be a better […]

Read MoreThis email ripped me apart. If somebody had a severe peanut allergy, you’d understand. If somebody had diabetes, you’d understand. If somebody had cancer, you’d understand. But if you’ve got celiac disease, you’re going to get people who simply do not understand. What is […]

Read MoreWho I am. And who I'm not.
I AM someone who's been gluten-free since 2007 due to a diagnosis of severe celiac disease. I'm someone who can steer you in the right direction when it comes to going gluten-free. And I'm someone who will always give you the naked truth about going gluten free.
I AM NOT someone who embraces this gluten-free craziness. I didn’t find freedom, a better life or any of that other crap when I got diagnosed. With all due respect to Hunter S. Thompson, I found fear and loathing of an unknown world. But if I can share my wisdom, tell my stories and make the transition easier on you, I’ve done my job.

I'm all ears
