  1. Happy Christmas Dude
It has been a pleasure to meet you this year, and join your amazing community. It rocks.

Wishing a happy healthy time to one and all, patience with our family and friends and FUN 🙂

If in doubt, just remember Mrs Dude is right…

  2. Too funny……Santa on the can! Merry Christmas, Happy Festivus, Gud Yule, et al! Thank you so much for your posts, and for helping us celiacs carry on with great info, humor, and appropriate indignation.

  3. Wishing you and your family health and happiness. May Santa bring you all you wish for. Thank you for letting me be part of your community this past year and hopefully for years to come. Merry Christmas.

  4. Thanks Gluten Dude for making the first year of my celiac diagnosis a little easier to swallow. I felt so alone at first, but then I found your blog and read it every day because I can identify with everything everyone in this community has to share. Merry Christmas!

  6. Late but still made it. Hope you had a great day. Gluten Dude, my year was better because I found your blog. I think you are one fantastic dude. Between you, Irish Heart and all your other great people who share through posts, I feel a part of something you have created that is really special.

  7. I got my CD diagnosis yesterday after ending a two-month gluten challenge. I found your blog a couple of weeks ago and have enjoyed your writing and the others’ comments. Looking forward to learning how to live healthy.

Who I am. And who I'm not.

Who I am. And who I'm not.

I AM someone who's been gluten-free since 2007 due to a diagnosis of severe celiac disease. I'm someone who can steer you in the right direction when it comes to going gluten-free. And I'm someone who will always give you the naked truth about going gluten free.

I AM NOT someone who embraces this gluten-free craziness. I didn’t find freedom, a better life or any of that other crap when I got diagnosed. With all due respect to Hunter S. Thompson, I found fear and loathing of an unknown world. But if I can share my wisdom, tell my stories and make the transition easier on you, I’ve done my job.
