A few quick Dude Notes before I kick things off here: 1) It’s going to be a short post. Time has not been my friend lately. 2) I got an email this morning, calling me among other things: a** sucking sycophant, name dropper, starry […]

Read MoreHey everyone…Gluten Dude here. As you may or may not know, I am building a mobile app for the GF/Celiac community. One of the features will be 100% GF restaurants world-wide (in addition to locating GF beer, finding and connecting with each other, a […]
Read MoreFact: I was diagnosed with celiac disease in (I think) April of 2008. I say “I think” because I was also diagnosed with bladder cancer and a pulmonary embolism (multiple blood clots in both my lungs) in the same time period so sometimes I […]
Read MoreWho can argue with something being friendly, right? If something is user-friendly, it’s easy to use. If something is environmentally-friendly, it can help save our planet. If an apartment complex is dog-friendly, yay…my puppies are allowed! Now let’s take a look at the official […]

Read MoreWho I am. And who I'm not.
I AM someone who's been gluten-free since 2007 due to a diagnosis of severe celiac disease. I'm someone who can steer you in the right direction when it comes to going gluten-free. And I'm someone who will always give you the naked truth about going gluten free.
I AM NOT someone who embraces this gluten-free craziness. I didn’t find freedom, a better life or any of that other crap when I got diagnosed. With all due respect to Hunter S. Thompson, I found fear and loathing of an unknown world. But if I can share my wisdom, tell my stories and make the transition easier on you, I’ve done my job.

I'm all ears
