Quick Dude note: For anyone who has sent me an email looking for guidance in the past few months, I am way behind on emails right now. Hundreds in my inbox. I’ll do my best to get back to you…promise. ——- Here are today’s […]
Read MoreThis is going to be a quick post. I’ve got about 20 hours of work to do and 7 hours to do it. So let’s get right to it. A few days ago, it was announced that the Institute for Sustainable Agriculture in Cordoba, […]
Read MoreYou may have to bear with me (or bare with me…could be fun) as I have a feeling this may be a long, rambling post. One…because it’s 10:00pm, I just worked a 14 hour day and I’m a bit punch drunk. And two…because it […]
Read MoreSo here we are, September 13, 2017, and this is officially Celiac Awareness Day. Kind of cool we get a day to bring awareness to our lovely autoimmune disease. So what am I aware of today? Let me count the ways. Are you aware […]
Read MoreThe celiac community, like many communities out there, has come together to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey. If you’d like to help by sending gluten-free food down to those in Houston are who are in need, please read the following email conversation between […]
Read MoreConfession time. I was bullied mercilessly as a kid. Pretty much from 2nd grade to 6th grade. Even my “best friend” joined in when with others. Mike Perry…if you’re reading this…there’s a special place in hell for you. And why was I bullied? Cause […]

Read MoreWho I am. And who I'm not.
I AM someone who's been gluten-free since 2007 due to a diagnosis of severe celiac disease. I'm someone who can steer you in the right direction when it comes to going gluten-free. And I'm someone who will always give you the naked truth about going gluten free.
I AM NOT someone who embraces this gluten-free craziness. I didn’t find freedom, a better life or any of that other crap when I got diagnosed. With all due respect to Hunter S. Thompson, I found fear and loathing of an unknown world. But if I can share my wisdom, tell my stories and make the transition easier on you, I’ve done my job.
Send me a message
I'm all ears
