Dude Note: If you are new to the whole gluten-free Cheerios debacle, click here and here for a quick refresher course. So…Nature’s Path was at the Gluten-Free Expo in NJ this past weekend. (Yes…this is relevant.) It was discovered they were handing out samples […]
Read MoreDude note: I’ll be sprinkling pics of Udi’s bread throughout this post. All pictures were taken directly from Udi’s Facebook page in the past 30 days. Keep reading past each pic. If it seems I’ve been laying it a bit heavy on Udi’s lately, […]
Read MoreThis is not a rant. This is not a rave. For this post, I am using my quiet voice. Yes…I have a quiet voice. A fellow celiac notified me that NBC was running a Super Bowl ad immediately following the end of the game […]
Read MoreFirst things first. Happy Birthday Bruce. 65 years young and still playing 3 hour shows. I ain’t here on business, baby, I’m only here for fun. Ok…moving on. Do you know there is a woman with celiac disease who has supposedly trained her dog […]
Read MoreIt never ends. It seriously never ends. The constant ignorance out there and the constant need to defend ourselves about our disease and other food intolerances. What set me off this time? An utterly ridiculous article on Huff Post titled “Why Do Your Kid’s […]

Read MoreWho I am. And who I'm not.
I AM someone who's been gluten-free since 2007 due to a diagnosis of severe celiac disease. I'm someone who can steer you in the right direction when it comes to going gluten-free. And I'm someone who will always give you the naked truth about going gluten free.
I AM NOT someone who embraces this gluten-free craziness. I didn’t find freedom, a better life or any of that other crap when I got diagnosed. With all due respect to Hunter S. Thompson, I found fear and loathing of an unknown world. But if I can share my wisdom, tell my stories and make the transition easier on you, I’ve done my job.

I'm all ears
