3 MONTHS!! It’s been 3 months since my last blog post! So much to say and no time to say it. Almost all of my time these days is invested in my app but my blog is still my home. I promise to visit more often.
Speaking of my app (and yes this is a segue), it now has over 4,200 restaurants (with more vetted/added every day), 16,000+ beer locations, 41 coupons to online GF companies and hundreds of ongoing conversations. And…drum roll please…I will be adding an airport directory in the coming months, with gluten-free eating options in airports around the world. I told you I’ve been busy!!
And…sure another drum roll…for two days only (July 26 and 27) I am offering a lifetime subscription to the app at a price you choose. I’m sure you’ve got questions. I’ve got some answers.
Can I really set my own price?
You can. I have to set a minimum but I promise it will be much less than the current price. After that, it’s up to you to pay what you think is fair.
Can I pay more than the minimum price you are setting?
Absolutely…and it would be appreciated. “Value” is in the eye of the beholder.
Does this deal give me full access to the entire app?
Yep.
Does this include all future features and benefits?

It is currently priced at $149.
Why are you doing this?
As with everything else I do, it’s to try to help the community. Everything seems expensive today. My costs to manage the GD app has risen and I cannot guarantee I will not raise my subscription fees in the future. This offer lets people lock in a rate that they choose for life. In addition, the more people that use the app, the more restaurants and other content the app will have, making it better for everyone, now and in the future.
I’d rather just purchase a recurring subscription. Is that still possible?
Absolutely, just download the app (available on both Apple and Google stores) and select one of the subscription options (monthly/6-month/annual.)

Scott, any chance of a browser version of the app? Y’know, for those of us who use older phones grandfathered from the Google and Apple ecosystems or don’t have/like/want “smartphones” 😉
