Month: April 2015
Dude Note 1: Celiac Awareness Month starts tomorrow. Well, the “official” month starts tomorrow. I think I have a good idea for this year. Check back tomorrow. Dude Note 2: I am WAY behind on emails. I promise I read every one and will […]
Read MoreA rare Monday blog post. I’ll keep it short so you can get back to whatever it is you do on Monday mornings to help you forget that it’s Monday morning. Celiac Rule: No one ever said “eating out” has to entail “eating”. Case […]
Read MoreDude note: I’ll be sprinkling pics of Udi’s bread throughout this post. All pictures were taken directly from Udi’s Facebook page in the past 30 days. Keep reading past each pic. If it seems I’ve been laying it a bit heavy on Udi’s lately, […]
Read MoreThe world is a mess. And the internet has made is even messier. Everyone has a voice now and sadly, instead of using it for love and appreciation, far too many use it for hostility and venom. A friend and client of mine has […]

I AM someone who's been gluten-free since 2007 due to a diagnosis of severe celiac disease. I'm someone who can steer you in the right direction when it comes to going gluten-free. And I'm someone who will always give you the naked truth about going gluten free.
I AM NOT someone who embraces this gluten-free craziness. I didn’t find freedom, a better life or any of that other crap when I got diagnosed. With all due respect to Hunter S. Thompson, I found fear and loathing of an unknown world. But if I can share my wisdom, tell my stories and make the transition easier on you, I’ve done my job.
Send me a message
I'm all ears
