I was in Indy the other weekend, and hesitant to try alot of places, but gave them a shot. I have never been more impressed than when I was there. The waitress literally said she was making it her MISSION to insure my meal was safe and correct. Secondly, the chef stopped the line while cooking my meal to insure no ingredients could contaminate it in the kitchen. Third – HOLY CRAP was it good.
It wasn’t the cheapest meal i’ve had – but every penny was worth it. Of any experience I’ve had dining while having celiac – this was THE BEST by a long mile… and then some.
BTW – I had the Lamb T-Bone and a few sides…. wow.
