Hi. I’ve been struggling with figuring out what is still making me sick. I usually drink hot tea with honey in the morning everyday and afterwards I start to feel sick. I just assumed it was from something else I ate or a mistake I made. Today I didn’t have any tea or honey and felt slightly better. I’ve been trying to figure out if its the tea I’m using, Lipton Tea Bags (on top they are stapled not glued) or the Honey. I’ve been trying to find a GF Tea Bag for a long time but haven’t had any luck.
Can someone please give me any suggestions or help?
