Hi everyone – I live in Dallas. I was just diagnosed in April, so I am still new at this.

Hello, I am in Burleson and was diagnosed about 2 1/2 years ago. It does get easier, but I have to be on top of my game every time I eat for sure!

Hi I’m in Frisco, no official diagnosis – but I have the gene and the symptoms…… have been GF since Sept 2013.

Hi, I’m in Waxahachie right outside of Dallas. I was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease on September 14th, of 2015. I’ve been sick for a few years and never knew what was wrong with me. Until I finally went to see a gastroenterologist and he told me that I had the highest level of celiac disease he’s ever seen. It’s been quite an adjustment for me. I feel better than I have in years. But every so often I get glutened. I take it day by day. Hoping one day I’ll get the hang of it.

Hello, I live in Carrollton and was diagnosed in 2008. So thankful that it has been getting easier to shop and dine with gluten free food over the years. My main wish now that the beer market would expand with more gluten free breweries and not gluten removed breweries! I’m also glad more and more bakeries are popping up too, but wish they were a little more closer to me :)
