A few weeks ago, someone on this blog wrote “I need a vacation from myself’. So recognisable! I could never have believed that it would actually happen to me … But it did. We just stayed 4 days at Puzzle Lake in Ontario, Sheffield Rock Lodge. The owner Ricardo turned out to be an experienced “celiac-proof” coock: the lodge has an open kitchen so at each meal (we had 3* breakfast, lunch and dinner) I could relax while seeing him preparing my meal completely seperate from the others: he kept a separate place to store my ingredients, used the pans I brought and washed them seperately, washed hands all the time, he cared about other food allergies as well … In short, he knows exactly how to keep a celiac safe and acts consequently. I can recommand his place to any celiac looking for a vacation! (Www.sheffieldrocklodge.com)

People always want to run away from themselves. I have read excellent words here https://tonusjournal.com/brain-health/12-best-brain-foods-for-breakfast/. It is difficult for them. They want an easier life. And I can not judge them, because I know what I know by chance. You need to work with your stress. Learn to be happy in any situation.
