Are you asking about equipment, or maybe gluten free mixes that you can just throw together and bake? I mostly bake from scratch, but a mix that I like is Bob’s Red Mill “Gluten Free Hearty Whole Grain Bread Mix”. It’s a dark bread, with seeds, almost like a nut bread. Not first choice for sandwiches, but quite tasty. Sometimes I top a slice with cheese and microwave it until the cheese melts nicely– makes a good snack.
