I was told that anything labeled WHOLE GRAIN was gluten free. I can’t find any information indicating otherwise. Has anyone had any experiences with whole grain?
Whole grain has nothing to do with whether something has gluten or not. If it is a baked product and doesn’t day Gluten Free, don’t eat it.
