…is HARD. I just got a handle on gluten free baking and conversion charts but dairy free is kicking my butt. Any recommendations that don’t go straight to other replacements too? I can still eat eggs! I can still have nut flours! I can still have sugar! I don’t need “healthy” 😉 I want to eat and enjoy eating
I cant have dairy and I love baking. I use enjoy life chocolate chips and no one ever notices, I use coconut oil in place of butter and it works great! and coconut milk in place of regular milk. I even found a powdered coconut milk at sprouts that is gluten free!
I was an avid baker in my pre-celiac life. Adjusting to gluten free and dairy free baking took a lot of trial and error before I got the hang of what works and tastes good.
